The Apparently trust model binds evidence, policy, model route, authority, execution and outcome into a record that can be reviewed after the work moves.

Material actions record the actor, sources, policy decision, approval state, execution result and available reversal path.

Users can pause, reroute or override at authority boundaries. The system distinguishes preparation from external action and never treats confidence as permission.
